We want you to love your Skinnydip haul, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original condition, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized local collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
